Because every item is custom printed or embroidered specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts personalised and custom-made goods from the standard 14-day return right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. To claim:
⚠️ The one-off embroidery digitisation fee (£12.60) is non-refundable once your design has been digitised, as this work is performed specifically for your design.
If your order has not yet been digitised and you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@iscaprint.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us. We'll investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no charge.
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Contact us immediately at hello@iscaprint.com — we will confirm whether production has started.
