Returns & Refunds

📦 All iScaPrint products are made to order especially for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Made to Order — No Change of Mind Returns

Because every item is custom printed or embroidered specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

3. Embroidery Digitisation Fee

⚠️ The one-off embroidery digitisation fee (£12.60) is non-refundable once your design has been digitised, as this work is performed specifically for your design.

If your order has not yet been digitised and you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@iscaprint.com.

4. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us. We'll investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no charge.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Contact us immediately at hello@iscaprint.com — we will confirm whether production has started.
