These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through iscaprint.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All products are made to order based on your design. You are responsible for ensuring that your design does not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.). We reserve the right to reject any order that we believe violates applicable laws.
We do not provide physical proofs before printing. You must carefully check your design on screen before ordering. No refunds will be given for artwork errors, including spelling, placement, or sizing mistakes.
Production typically takes 3–5 working days. Delivery within the UK takes an additional 2–3 working days (Royal Mail 48) or 1–2 working days (Royal Mail 24). We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Because products are customised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If the product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT. We accept payment via Stripe (cards). Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iScaPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Exeter, UK.
